Personal Bruce is a Vietnam veteran (US Navy, 1969 – 1973). He lives with his wife Kathryn, an educational psychologist and children’s book author, in Brookfield, Wisconsin. They have a grown son, Joshua, who lives with his family in Madison. In his spare time, Bruce enjoys golf, gardening, films, reading (history, culture, spiritual growth), and the occasional home improvement project.
